Invoice and document robot
Reads purchase invoices, receipts, orders and contracts – from PDF, e-invoice, photo or email – checks the data and prepares the entry for approval. You click “Approve”, the entry goes to Merit Aktiva, Directo or e-arveldaja. Every decision is logged.
AI assistant for web, Telegram and WhatsApp
Answers customers around the clock from your price list, stock and manuals, in Estonian, English and Russian. Always shows the source, discloses that it is an AI, and hands a complex question to a person in one click.
AI receptionist for calls and bookings
Answers the phone when the front desk is busy or the door is closed — in Estonian, Russian and English. Books appointments into your calendar (Salon Life, ConnectedOnlineX, Timma, Google), sends SMS confirmations and reminders, and asks for a review after the visit. A missed call gets an SMS with a booking link right away; hard questions are handed to a person.
Inbox sorter
Every email gets a label and the right recipient: invoices to accounting, requests to sales, contracts to management. For recurring questions it drafts a reply in the style of your previous emails – you only approve. Works with Gmail, Outlook and Zoho.
A website wired into your systems
A fast, accessible (WCAG 2.1 AA) website in three languages whose forms and bookings land directly in your CRM or inbox. Care, security updates and changes are included in the monthly fee – the site never goes stale.

The monthly fee covers monitoring, bug fixes, model updates and small changes. Cancel any month.
For our first ten clients: 50% off the setup fee and the first month free. In return we ask for a short written testimonial we may publish.
AI start: audit and training
€990 · one week. A two-hour workshop for your team (in Estonian, Russian or English), a map of 5–10 processes with an honest view of what is worth automating, an AI usage policy for the company and a training record. Article 4 of the EU AI Act has required since February 2025 that staff who use AI are trained.
Something else?
A custom solution in three steps: mapping €1,900 (2 weeks) → pilot from €6,900 (4–6 weeks) → care from €490 per month. If the pilot doesn't work, you don't have to continue.
EIS
Open now: the EIS "RTE software adoption grant" — €2,000–5,000, 50% of the cost of new software and e-invoicing, and it requires an external digital advisor: that is us. Companies with a valid digital roadmap can claim the "roadmap development grant" of up to €35,000 at 50% (70% outside Harju and Tartu counties). We check eligibility and prepare the application.

Before we start, we agree which data is used, where it is processed (preferably in the EU) and which model is used for it.
A person approves
On important decisions, AI proposes and a person approves. Every action is logged and can be audited afterwards.
The AI Act is built in
Since 2 August 2026, Article 50 of the EU AI Act requires that people are told when they talk to a chatbot and that AI content is labelled. Our solutions have this by default.
Estonian context
Solutions respect Estonian accounting, e-invoicing and data protection rules and work in Estonian, English and Russian.

Frequently asked questions
How small is too small?
If you have at least one repetitive process that takes more than a couple of hours a week, you're big enough. The packages suit companies of 2–5 people too.
Which language do we communicate in?
In writing: Estonian, English or Russian – we always reply in your language. Calls and meetings are in English or Russian. If you prefer Estonian on calls, we handle things in writing and with short video walkthroughs.
Who owns the result?
You do. Code, configuration and documentation are handed over and can be maintained without us. The solution doesn't disappear when you stop the monthly fee.
Which AI models do you use?
Depending on the task and data sensitivity: models from major providers in EU data centres, or open models on your own server. We decide together before starting.
Do you help with grant applications?
Yes. Currently open: the EIS "RTE software adoption grant" (€2,000–5,000, 50%, external digital advisor required) and the "digital roadmap development grant" (up to €35,000, 50–70%, for companies with a valid roadmap). We check eligibility, write the technical description and budget, and act as the service provider named in the application. Note that EIS budgets fill fast — the 2026 AI adoption grant was fully subscribed on its opening day.
What if the solution doesn't work?
Packages come with a 30-day trial: if the solution doesn't do what was promised, we refund the setup fee. With a pilot, you've spent a fixed amount and received an honest answer – there is no obligation to continue.
